Terms of service for Chicago Executive Limousine
Welcome to Chicago Executive Limousine's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customers must provide accurate information when making a reservation.
2. Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur a fee.
4. Chicago Executive Limousine is not responsible for delays or service interruptions beyond our control.
5. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their use.
6. Chicago Executive Limousine reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
7. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be settled through arbitration.

**Reservation Agreement:**
1. All deposits are NON-refundable.
2. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
4. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer.
5. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
6. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
7. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
8. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged time described on the run sheet.
9. Not responsible for delays or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., not salted, accidents, etc.).
10. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
10.5 Balances to be paid on the run date before the beginning of the run.
11. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
**Cancellation Policy:**
Clients can cancel reservations without incurring a fee within the designated cancellation period. However, any reservation canceled or marked as a no-show outside of the specified timeframe will be subject to a full charge.
Cancellations must be made exclusively over the phone, not via email, and must receive confirmation from the company.
**Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point Trips:**
- Sedans and SUVs: 24 Hours
- Stretch Limousines: 48 Hours
- Stretch SUVs: 48 Hours
- Vans: 8 Days
- Buses: 2 Weeks
**Hourly Services:**
- Sedans and SUVs: 24 Hours
- Stretch Limousines: 24 Hours
- Stretch SUVs: 48 Hours
- Vans: 8 Days
- Buses: 2 Weeks
